Theft of money

This firm has AGAIN! Been taking money out of my wife's account without any permission whatsoever. Everyone be aware about this firm.

Now it,s the banks turn reimburse my wife for all monies taken out. We did stop this a few months ago now it,s started again.
Do we have reasonable grounds for pursuing against banks?
