Bad Service

1. The Pharmacy Staff does not enter the names of the medicines correctly in their computer
2. Pharmacy does not get doctor’s approval for refills in a timely manner
3. Medicine deliveries are not scheduled in a timely manner.
4. Pharmacy staff is very user unfriendly

As a result I and my wife had to miss our medicines occasionally. If this behaviours continues, we will have take our business elsewhere.
