Bank withdrawal

On the 17th October 2017 shoppersdisc started taking £10 out of my bank account, I never noticed till this week. I don't remember setting up the plan, I have never used shoppersdisc.
The money was taken out of my bank account on card ending with 7740. This card no longer exists. I wish for a refund of my money.
