double charged on my credit card

it was mentioned free 5 day trial. and no obligation and free registration.
I cancelled the account in a matter of hours.
And I didn't purchased anything.

And I got charged twice. credit card transactions dated 14 July 2015.
Credit card statement is attached.

Kindly refund immediately.
