RIP OFF

Registered on line for free trail period FIVE days starting on 24/12/15 to 29/12/15 . confirmation No 0832 82 175 842 311 . Following going thro their frauds gathered we cancelled it on the same day (24/12/15) by PHONE ( 001 438 338 1489 as it was indicated that on line cancellation will cast $ 0.99. The cancellation was accepted and the ref No is 832 971.

In spite of this an amount of R 15 .14 was taken from the account. Is It an OVER SIGHT or RIP OFF.

Please clarify. let us know what action has been taken from your board to prevent these incidents and why these companies can not be BLACK listed
