We phone the store for creamcheese..1st call they dont knw wht is creamcheese...we phoned back maybe someone knowledgeable will answer this time..when the lady answer the ph she is busy keeping conversation wth her staff..and when i told her how rude that this is no way to answer ur phone as u run a business...she tells me i dnt knw anything bt business and ths is her shop and she will and can do as she please..i was honestly appalled..her tone and attitude..i am a business owner myself and no matter if u own a home business ur clients is important and how u adress and speak to them is what makes ur business... i will make sure i put thet om evry socual media site to make ppl aware of them...
