I'm having a problem in getting back a money loaned to my ex girlfriend Puleng Mosia who works for Shopright her contact is 0650221414 which is now on voice mail in Volskrust . She loaned a R4000 in January 2021 to pay for her, school fees for her kids, as she didn't want go to the loan shacks to avoid interest charged. I understood her point and i agreed
with an verbal agreement that she will pay it back in R500 starting from April. But i started with R900, which that was the amount was able to loan her which it was two payments for R900 x 2 = R1800. end of end of January and February which i stopped. In May i asked her to please pay the amount loaned to her, she never responded I tried numerously to engage with her, by calling her and sending massages and my bank account to her and with no success. The last engagement with her, was when i went to her work place, when she told me to go the to the police, after that i received a call from a male person, who threatened me to stop harassing the woman, when she was owing me money and on the same day, she when to the Volskrust magistrate court to report that i was harassing her. She spoke to Mr Bhengu 017 735.2123, i explained the whole story to Mr Bhengu, he understood because he wanted to come and deliver some document of complain by Puleng, which he saw that what she was telling it wasn't true. We ended up Mr Bhengu asking me to give him my bank account, so that she can deposit it, all that happened in the month of July. I very angry, that she mistreat, provoking and abuse man purposely knowing that the law is more supporting women moreover she send to a male person to threaten me to stop harassing her, when she was owing me. My honourable person our country has high pandemic domestic violence of women and children, yet a woman is provoking me, i would kindly request a serous intervention, because really its not going to end very well. Im trying so hard to avoid this violence. I has also reported to POWA at 076695911. It makes more angry that there are innocent human being who are killed and some are in jail, because of individuals who have used gender violence to abused the state resources, time on issues that are purposely created, just because the law in more on gender base violence. I couldn't upload the Bank confirmation payment (The photo is too large. The max size is 2 MB) tried to use a fone and it end not clear and incomplete. Ill prefer a email communication, as most of the time during the day i work with clients or WhatsApp as a notification.
