Simple mobile has The wost customer service and worst network service i was using 4G for the last month the issue is... after i pay with in aweek the wifi willgone be slow to get WiFi I have to connect with my the house network starting from last month because of my work i have to use hot spot i change my plan to unlimited data with hotspot service but today to reup my payment i call and they reup but the network was down there was no wi-fi from un limited automatically changed to 1x in addition the hot spot was close ,my voice mail also closed, so i call them 5 times starting from 1p.m some of their representative in the middle if your conversation they hung up on you some of them before they solve the issue the will hung up the phone I have all their representivesnames I can mention so starting from1p.m-5p.m i have to stay home i cancel all my appointment and wait the thing is they did not solve the issue and the last their customer service representatives promise me to call me back after one hour her reason was the simple mobile network is down plus she say other customers are on line and wait her assistance the most thing which amazed me if her network is down how she will assist other customer? in addition i am not their customer ? I wait until 06:07 pm there was no response i can not do my office work i am really pissed off... mad.... sad i do not have word to express my felling now i willl never....ever...ever...ever again advise any to use simple mobile they have the worse poor network and customer service I wish if I can get 0 star
