Fraud/Scam/Bait & Switch

Be aware of this SimpliLearn!!! The guy who took my money promised the "7 days money back guarantee, no questions ask", which was a BIG LIE! After I pay $999 for a 12 months program (including many different courses), I realized they don't punish all the class schedule, as their "lean" approach (only publish each quarter). All the courses schedule have odd hours that's not really feasible to me as well. Apparently all my instructor/classmates are in India, so I guess the hour worked well for them. I determined the quality is not what I had expected and request for refund (3 business days after I enrolled). After jumping through many hoops, the Dr. Director from Learning Operation "Vivek Sridhar" indicated "Selvan & Alisha" from the team will be in touch. Alisha promised I should received my refund in 7 business days (by 11/3). On 11/3, instead of getting my refund I got an email, indicating "You will receive the payment in next 12-15 business days"! Should all these delayed of refund incurred some financial interest? This is not an acceptable business practice. When I call to speak to Alisha, they told me she already went home for the day (working in India, with their working hours).
