Company denying receipt of return
My husband bought an LG mobile phone from Simply Electronics in December 2015. It ceased to function properly and he was told to return the phone to them. The company is now denying receipt of the item but we are very doubtful about that as there was a printed label (with barcode) for the return address and inside the package were our contact details so I'm certain that the phone would have been returned to us if it had not been delivered to them. I suspect that they are trying to avoid having to send us a replacement.

no delivery and non refund
I ordered a SB910 flash gun and was told it would be delivered in 5 days when i tried to call was on hold for 2 hours and then canceled the order as they were in breach of contract. They have taken weeks to return my money and the only have because i deicovered chris emin at kwickchex he got my money back for me within 5 days they are an online company and do most thing by email and they dont charge for their services. They are a online regulator. If i hadnt discovered him i would still be waiting...

no delivery and non refund
Thank you to this author for the comments regarding the provision of resolutions services. It is fair though, to advise that these services are paid for by Simply Electronics as part of an initiative to resolve some service issues and to provide an additional level of service to customers. In addition Simply Electronics are being regularly quality tested and have to conform to terms and conditions set as part of the initiative. I would also like to thank the author for the valuable feedback they provided during the resolutions process which will be used to assist Simply Electronics to pursue a verified quality assurance progamme. Any customers of Simply Electronics are welcome to use the resources - and consumers with concerns are also encouraged to seek clarity using them.

Non Payment of refund
Ordered a camera costing £720 on 17th March 2011.
Camera not delivered, so cancelled the order. It then took 3 complete months to prise the refund from them. 3 Months to process a refund, with each reply from Simply Electronics from a different " Customer Service Executive" in their accounts "department"...
Quite simply - Simply Electronics are out and out fraudsters. They deliver probably 50% of goods ordered and use the remaining money belonging to happless customers - to fund their operation.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
