I ordered a simply Fit Board with an additional board. The money was taken out of my account in May 2020. To this date I have not received any product ordered and money was deducted out of my account. I called on 06-06-2020 to inform the company that I never received the boards. I was told at that time they did not have a tracking number for it and will reorder the product and send it to me. To this date I still haven't received the product. When I called today, I spoke to a customer service representative, who identified herself as Ashley. I explained to her about the product that I had not received. She told me that I had called on 06-06-2020 and it said that I was not satisfied that I had not received the product and they had put a placement order on it. I informed her that I never received the order so why put replacement on it. She told me that whomever took the order gotten my permission to put that and that what they put. If I am not satisfied with that, that I could cancel the order and they will refund my money. Also, that they are out of stock. I told her that is not what I wanted. I needed her to tell me at first that the product was not in stock, so why did I have to go through all of that. I did inform her that I will be making a complaint. I just wished that the people you have represent you have the patience to listen to the customers and answer them correctly, instead of stating that I can cancel and get my money back.
