Internet connection down since 27 aug20 after full payment
Home broadband internet was terminated and singtel refused to connect back after payment. CSO hotline was also busy and even when CSO REPLY also say their relevant team is looking into the matter but always waiting in vain. Very poor service and quality.
They always say will look into the matter and notify us but always never call back. Their excuses is there is outstanding payment but even we hv paid full and pay additional they still wont response to you or notify you. They seems happy to see we in distress and discomfort and they dont hv empathy or kindness in helping us, just want more payment from us everyday to pay.
Its been 5 days since they terminate and we are still waiting.
They call themselves 1st world service provider but it seems like 3rd world service provider to me. I am disappointed in them.
