Cs services at singtel not well train, without any empathy for customers. Not helping with the intended quiry but provided another service which was not requested for. I mentioned that did to singtel' horrible cs I intend to change telco company n the cs ' volunteered' to log in a port out service call to contact me to port out. I never see a more enthusiastic cs helping a company to chase customer away. Horribke singtel services. Stay off.
