CIS Recontract and Port in issue
With 9-9 promotion from CIS and public Singtel promotion, I decided to recontract 2x of my existing Singtel CIS plan and 1x port in from M1 for the iphone 12 256 GB phone. I followed the online website to purchase the iphone 12 thru the Singtel without any issue. I started one recontract line on the 9/9/21 and select the delivery date on 16/9/21, 6pm to 9pm while the 2nd line and 3rd port in from M1 on the 10/9/21 selected the home delivery date on 23/9/21, 6pm to 9pm.
On the 10/9/21, i realized I've received the service agreement letter from Singtel for the 2nd recontract line and port in line from M1 for the order on 10/9/21 but I did not receive the service agreement letter for the 1st recontract line order on 9/9/21. I contacted the Singtel customer service on 10/9/21 that I did not receive the agreement letter and to clarify the 1st contract was transacted sucessfully and the Singtel CS verified and informed it was transacted sucessfully and I will be collecting the phone on 16/9/21, 6pm- 9pm and will resend the service agreement letter to me. On 11/9/21, I saw Singtel resent me the service agreement letter but I did not open the email to check since I had already clarified with the Singtel CS.
On the 16/9/21, I waited from 6pm onwards for the new iphone 12 that I placed, however, there was no delivery. I contacted Singtel CS number to check but was not able to reach CS on the 16/9 evening. I contacted Singel CS on 17/6/21 that I have not received the phone, to my surprise, the CS told me there is no order placed on the 9/9/21 only the 2x lines order on 10/9/21 were valid.
On the 23/9/21 evening, I received the recontract order and port in order, since, is was stated that the port in line will take 1 day to activate from other operator to Singtel. On the 24/9/21 about 12 hour, my port in number was disconnected from m1 but Singtel line failed for reconnection so I called the Singtel CS to feedback and request to activate the port in line, the CS told me will be activated on 24/9/21 and will contact me once it has be activated., however, I waited till 11.30pm, still no activation only on the 25/9/21, the line was activated.
I find that Singtel CS service is really bad after these 2x incidents. Until today, 26/9/21, Singtel has not contacted me about this issue.
