Bad service

I am customers for singtell since 2008 for mio tv . N 6 hp line since 2015 for 2 hp at first then another 4 in 2016 with another 1 leasing in 2019. All for my family members under my name n even change my wife hp from m1 to singtell. I was not informed of 5 hp can be nominated with mio tv n fibre for 30% discount of my bill. Only 5 hp can be nominated but I was not informed since 2015 nor 2016. Until 2018 my 2hp under different accounts was been suspended n barred due to outstanding. I have 3 accounts 2 hp one for mio tv n fibre n one account for 4 hp line. I do not know even 3 bill of different accounts will be charged n even reminder will be charged of $5 exclusive of gst. I went to serangoon upon receiving of msg by singtell to pay the outstanding. Thus my ballance outstanding i paid monthly for 6 months but I paid within 3 months. After paid I call singtell to reinstall my line. One of my son hp is working but mine can't make a call nor receive call. Singtell staff ask me to change sim card n that time I need to recontact 1 of my hp . After getting new sim card I still can't use my hp. Call n staff say will look after the matter. I have to call regularly until 2 months plus informed me that the number have been given away to another person. Even the Last few years I got difficulty to get vouchers for recontact my hp every year. I only given below $100 or even $40 vouchers to do recontract. It really piss me of i had to beg . For mio tv or fibre no discount or vouchers been given. Same as new customers. What a shame of singtell service been adapting. Service was poor n we need to pay messages for service. R we ur customers that we need to pay for even service messages. Poor management n marketing. Its total FRAUD. Recently call hotline was shock to hear Philippines staff .N even ask for Singapore staff was given to Philippines staffn even requested for duty manager also Philippino. What kind of rubbish. Is there no Singapore staff in Singapore who r qualified to work. Even ur staff r from Malaysia that u take outsource workers. Technicians from outsource. I know that singtell investment in India telco BHARTI AIRTEL was a loss of billions of money. N now need to pump millions of money to Bharti Telcom even singtell knows its a loss. But does not mean u can downgrade ur service nor looking after ur old customer that is with u for so long. It will be downfall for singtell as far as I am concerned. Its is really fraud by singtell not informed customers even in any others form. When customers r paying hundreds of dollars for such a low service
