Lack of service
I own 6 mobile line n 1 mobile leasing from combo 2 3 6 n combo 12. I do have fibre n mio tv. Every month paying more than $700 . More than 5 years with singtell n more than 10 years with mio tv. 2012 when I sold my house waiting to get new house. I call singtell to stop charging me until I get new house but was turn down . Saying I am currently on contract. I can't use my mio tv as staying with my sis. Have to pay monthly. Until 2013 I call singtell to reinstall my mio tv . Currently I got 6 line but 5 line can only be nominated for 30% . But I was not been informed of such deal. N when I do nominated my first 3 line the staff did not informed me of my other 2 line can be nominated. I was really angry as the nominated for line can be nominated when I bought the line. It has been 2 years since I know about nominated line . With mu mio tv n fibre I can nominate my 5 other line to gain 30%off for my bills . I have losses more than 2 n half year without nominatemy hp fibre n mio to get 30% off my bill. As staff did not informed me n even when I nominatedmy 3 line the staff also did not informed me about my 2 line that have not been nominated. What piss me off when I take 6 line . I was not been informed I can nominated 5 line. So what the use me taking 6 line. All this line was for my family. Every time when call singtell after conversation a message of service quality will pop up n it will be charged. N i 2018 2 of my hp been barred as the bill is overdue n outstanding. I went to serangoon of singtell company to pay monthly for 6 month. I paid within 3 month n my 2 hp been reinstate but 1 of my hp cannot call or receive call. After 2 month 1 of my hp number was given to someone else. Singtell give me new number n apologies. But i was piss off n did not pursue the matter as my mom was sick. Every year i can do recontract of 3 hp per years but i have to call singtell n beg for vouchers. But given below $100 or $40 of vouchers. I can't do recontract of new hp of new versions. I have to upgrade my plan to get new versions. Of new hp . Its really such. It really fraud by singtell n reminder bill will also been charged of $5 exclusive of gst . N poor service. Recently call singtell from staff to duty manager all from Philippines. No Singapore staff who r qualified i think. Even take outsource from Malaysia n technician also from outsource. Singtell know by getting outsource will have little service quality. SINGTELL IS FRAUD. Not to mention singtell bought BHARTI AIRTELL with lost of billions of money. Thus taking staff that is not professional n not looking n taking care of old customers n consumers. Singtell will go down in HISTORY.
