Sub : Bank statement issue

Dear Sir,
I am very unhappy with the service. I have requested bank statement for three months. I went to the Collections dept in Rak bank rolla branch on 15th november 2017 2.30 pm. But I received the document without bank stamp. Today early morning again I visited the branch .i got replay from costumer service we have to mention the request if we needed stamp in the statement .Bank charged AED 25/- dirham for per month statement without issuing the stamped statement there is no more validity any ware .RAk bank staff ignorance or lack of efficiency on service, you cannot charge to us.
I am not sure if this is the policy of RAK to encourage this behavior of "TERRORIZING and HARASSING me.
REMEMBER that a customer will always be a customer. Always treat your them equally, regardless of nationality or how much money they have in your bank.
I hope this message reaches someone who cares about customer retention and customer care.
