This guy can't be trusted! He gave my a good price on a floor job in White Plains & when I came back to pay, the floors were just finished & still wet. So I really couldn't check properly, ( I think he counted on that ) all I could see was 1 room & a tiny bit of the hallway which looked ok. So I paid him & trusted that he did a good job. But when I came back the next day to see the full job, I was really disappointed. He didn't do under any of the radiators or any saddles or inside some of the closets. He didn't put down 1 drop of wood putty & missed alot of spots that weren't sanded fully (& all of these areas were discussed) & I'll bet he chinsed out on the 2nd full coat. I hope whoever was thinking of using this guy learns from my mistake & spare yourself some aggravation. This was the worst floor job I ever got!

Something must not be right with this customer. I have used SirDustless.com and found that the price was not the lowest of the estimates I did receive, they were the best for the job. They showed up on time, wore uniforms, had their logo and business information on their work truck, had their home improvement license number on their business cards, estimate and invoice. They were up front about the amount of time it would take, when we could walk on the floor and even provided a floor care sheet on how we can care for our floors.
