recently purchased a sitncycle. Had one part missing and one part defected. called sitncycle and they said they would send replacement parts. one week late now they say the one part is a main part and were going to send a new bike, but due to high orders
it is on back order. First of all the existing customers should be take care of first, not keep placing orders to new ones. now we have
no bike and out money. what a rip off

I placed an order for a sitNcycle at 6:00am on 3/29/16. The entire time I was going through the process, I was under the impression that my cost would be $19.95. At no time during the process...until they charged my credit card....did I know that the cost would be $239.94! I called four times on 3/29/16 to try and cancel my order. They had sent the charge to my credit card, but for some reason had no record of my order. They told me the order could take up to 48 hours to show up in their system.
The next morning on 3/30/16, I called at 8:00am to see if they acknowledged my order so that I could cancel it. They said that I was too late. That my order had been shipped.
I do not want this even delivered to my house, and am furious that I was not informed of this cost until they charged my card.
