Jeffrey Neilson assurances and promises were not kept. Also, transfer of my credit card numbers to another company I had not been informed of nor given my consent. Promises of action not carried out although Mr. Neilson was informed of my age (95) and lack of computer savey, as well as being hard of hearing, which MR. NEILSON SAID WOULD BE NO PROBLEM!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!.
