Why Banned my account

Hi sir
There i try to login in skout but my account banned . Only coz of may time login. I send attached pic after you see it . Please i need my account reopen it .

i can't reactivated my old account on skout

Please help me to reactivated my old account on skout, i made mistake by deactivated my old account coz im loosing so wonderful friend there and i can't find him with my new account.. Im so sad right now... Plz someone help me to reactivated my old account, this is the email add : [email protected]
