i had contact to this person (Sanjay Kumar ) in the month of Jan 2017 for job purpose from LinkedIn account and he had called for interview on a call , after finishing of the interview he told me to come Malaysia in the month of Apr Month 2017 so i had to book ticket & Visa in the month of Mar 2017. He offered me a Salary 25,000/- INR for the post of Technical Support for Tally ERP 9. As i had discussed before going to Malaysia about Accommodation & Salary so agreed for that. As he told me he will apply for a Work Visa after going there. He told me to deposit 1Lakh INR to his bank Account as i told i don’t have That much Because of Money Problem so told i will pay 20,000/- INR for visa purpose rest he will deduct from the salary. He agreed for that & as from my End i had to book my Ticket & Visit Visa to arrange I had spent lot of money for this ticket & Visa after finishing of the all this . on 19th Apr Month 2017 I had to go Malaysia so I had landed in Malaysia Airport he had come to pick me up from the Airport he taken me to a hotel for a stay of 2days because he had not yet arrange the stay for me . After two days he arranged me a stay from the next day I joined office I started to work with him for Tally support for 10days he paid me salary of 200RM from 20th Apr to 30th Apr. I had told him about work permit he told just now 15 days over still got time to apply so had taken my passport photo copy and my Resume, experience letter, Education certificates & kept with him. He will talk his agent regarding work permit when my visa about to expire I told him I will go back India after finish of work permit let me know I will come back with work permit but he not agreed me to go he has taken me with him to meet an agent before 5days of visit visa expire we met with an agent that agent is talking in Guajarati Language but I can’t understand what they talk so both of them told me in Hindi that they will apply for me a extension visa for 30days so they told with in 5days I will get my extension visa. After few days when time came for my Visit Visa Expire I told I will go back India after finish of work permit I will come. But he not listened he told will arranged everything. He taken my passport for stamping purpose, till 3days no stamped on passport he kept with him. After my visa expire when I was to stay illegal there I feel said that I did wrong I told this to him he told its ok don’t worry I will apply for your work permit direct no need of extension visa. In the month of Apr I told in Malaysia immigration they have released E-card Offer for illegal stay, over stay people I told we go to immigration office & make this card for me he told don’t want you will get your work permit in short time I had approach with nearby his office some agents who will do E-card they told it take 2days of time to get E-card it they will charge 2000RM for the E-card from the agent but that time I was not having my salary to get that E-card. But for that E-card still got time to apply but he not listened to apply for that card. After that he taken my all certificates passport original, all documents to apply work permit & he told he had applied for work permit after he applied for work permit when I asked for Ref No. he said that number won’t give to anyone else I told am working in your office am staff only then to he not gave Ref number after few day he told my work permit got rejected due to Resume changes. He told he will apply again for professional pass that is valid for 2 years. And we had complained to the labor department also there from the labor department someone had come to our office to check about the complaint but that time he was not there at office the labor department officer told us to tell our manger to come & meet next day in a labor office with all his id card & employee details. He went to labor office next day morning there also he told lie to the department people that we came to Malaysia for training purpose because of that they had not taken any action on him. When time came for salary may month salary he gave in the month of June 15th he had given only 700RM & he taken sign on a pay slip & rest amount he deducted for visa purpose that time also I asked him about professional pass Ref number that also he not gave to me if he had given the Ref number I had checked the status of the Visa. He told me my passport given to immigration office for verification purpose from that time to month of Sept month am asking about visa & passport he will reply same immigration doing verification every month he deduct salary for visa but no update on passport & visa every month he given 700RM but the actual salary was 1700RM rest keep for visa purpose & not even I sent money to my home in India. Due to this my father got High BP & father health was not good due to this tension he is telling me to come back India I told he taken my Passport & I don’t have valid visa also to come & not have enough money to book ticket also. When my dad health got serious when I told about my dad health problem he told am joking I said my dad health condition true then he decided to give my passport back he had called to his agent to bring back my passport but actual it was with him only he not gave to any agent but he was waiting for all money deduct from my salary. the next day he had my passport he taken me to Immigration office in KL city before going inside the office he told me to say lie to the immigration officer that my passport had taken by some agent & he not returning the passport & kept with him he told me to say some other name to the immigration officer when I asked why I have to say lie he told if you want your passport back I have to say like this or else I won’t get back my passport. In that immigration office exit pass not work out that office people told to go head office in Putrajay office , next day he booked return ticket taken me to the putrajaya immigration office there I submitted my passport & return ticket & he paid fine of 400RM for illegal stay. When I got my passport back I got my exit pass to leave the country I checked the passport it was stamped with 5 years ban due to over stay. But this was not my mistake he had did mistake I got suffered a lot due to his mistake I had come into problem all long time. Because he kept my passport am not even go to police also because if I go to police they will surely ask my passport & Visa that I don’t have with me. So because of this I did not go to police station. When I was returning back to India from Malaysia on that day he taken my sign on a pay slip but not gave my salary also he told I had spent a lot on you. This he had told me last moment I felt sad.
This is the condition I was there when I was in Malaysia still some salary is pending from him. If u look into this case it will be much helpful to me. I have some salary proof work proof with me & I have some witness of my condition there. Please help me

This agent & Mr. Sanjay Kumar they both are known people so they this to me they taken passport and money from me but not gave work Visa or permit also
