I bought two Kingsdown mattresses over the last 8 years and an Heirloom before that. Had trouble with them all. Both brands were stated as "sleeps exclusive top of the line". All 3 were extremely disappointing and have been giving me more back trouble than I ever imagined. I wake constantly through the night with aching and pain in my kidneys, lower back, and hips. I spent so much money each time being led to think I would sleep better and have less back pain if I purchased "exclusive premier" mattresses and box springs. $11,000 in mattresses and I need another new one after 2 years with the latest kingsdown upgrade. My mattress is sagging and painful to sleep in. I am 6'0" 185 lbs, not a large person by any measure. I would love to return my mattress and get my money back or some of it. I have had premature sagging in all 3 beds. I also believe that the quality of mattress delivered to my home was not near the quality of the display mattresses in the store showrooms. I have been back several times to test my theory and I feel sleepy is not delivering what they are selling.

I bout a matress 2 years ago my matress is damage i have guaranty for 10 years i call them i sent them pictures they dont want to pay in having back problems i even taking teraphy at this moment because the matress i demant my money back

I bought a king sized bed in July 2015 - was verbally told that the bed was exchangeable if not fully satisfied. Salesperson referred to the "comfort guarantee" which, in hidsight, had no details but was more of just an advertisement/marketing ploy.

Long story short, the bed was not comfortable, I went to exchange and the salespeople changed their story. Now they say that the bed is not exchangeable - only the mattress is exchangeable but only for same cost or higher than what they put on the receipt for the mattress. They messed with the numbers during the sale and even though I paid just about $3700 for the matress and adjustable bed base, they have that I paid $600 for the mattress and $3100 and change for the base. And they tell me now that the base is not exchangeable at all - final sale only. They claim it is all 'very clear' on the receipt but it isn't at all and isn't the policy that they verbally told me was in place, either.

Corporate Sleepy's is a bunch of crooks and wants me to spend MORE MONEY to buy a box spring. I told them I have already spent close to $4000 and I'm not spending another dime. They should give me a box spring and refund me the money for the bed base and take the stupid horrible contraption back because it is absolutely the worst thing ever. It deforms the mattress, it doesn't work half the time and it's heavy and impossible to move.

I am also interested in a class action lawsuit. I want to shout it from the top of a mountain how sleezy this company is.
