I had a heloc loan with Gmac. SLS is the loan servicer. I paid on the loan for 10 years. Payments went from 200.00 a month to 1000.00. That with out taxes and insurance
I informed them I would do a deed in lieu. This is a nightmare. I ask them to send me who my lender was .
This is what was sent Us Bank National Association as Indenture of GMACM Home Equity loan trust. Livingston Ave St Paul.

Now my deed at the court house show Gmac as lein holder.

I am so fed up with SLS. Thinking of filing chapter 7. I can't believe I got myself into this.

I too would like to be a part of a class action suit.
