Direct TV at Costco

A salesperson approached me while shopping at Costco. I listened to his pitch and said I would think about it. He lied about almost everything I would get in Costco, Visa and referral cash cards totalling $400. His name is Devin and he represented himself as the CFO of the company helping to train sales reps with him. I saw no one else. He lied about everything the TV and internet would do for me while saving me money. He claimed that I would receive 6 wireless boxes, I would be able to add all my streaming networks like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube, etc by downloading them from the Play Store for Android right to the system. He also said I will get WiFi speeds of 1000mbps with AT&T fiber optics. There were many other lies that the system would do for me as well. Well guess what, he mixed the two TV systems AT&T offers, the Direct TV satellite system and what is now known as AT&T TV which works entirely through their internet and does each and everything he said as far as downloading Netflix, Hulu, etc. I am now 2 months into this absolute mess and still cannot get it resolved because of Smart Circle. If this guy would have represented himself as a Smart Circle salesperson, I would never have gotten myself and my neighbor involved. We are both legally disabled and I have to help him with all things because of his disability and trying to save us both money. AT&T TV quoted me a much better price a few weeks ago, but Smart Circle won't release me & my neighbor. Costco should be held responsible for allowing this type of fraudulent sales and operations of a company from hurting their loyal customers. Over 2 months later, I don't even have all the wireless equipment I was promised and all they want is for me to pay them. No way will I allow this to happen to disabled or any other persons. I would appreciate any help and/or suggestions. Thank you.
