I canceled service with AT&T...before 12/07/15 (TV/Internet) Do to price increase and I did not care to have TV service. So I shopped and did not have a choice to get Internet (do to the price was crazy to have alone.) So I signed up with Direct TV. on the Phone and they gave me a price of 86.62 for both services which the internet was appox. 32.00 of this bill and because I did cancel with AT&T I would be a new customer again. I would get (2 BILLS) than after that it would all be on 1 bill. I expressed I did not want to pay over 100.00 do to we hardly ever watch tv. and I wanted the smallest plan available. 19.99-29.99 was the promotion. The 2nd year would be no more than 102.03. I than canceled 12/11/15 233670097 marco. Because I was approached at COSTCO by Selena Rodriguez # 661 on 12/09/15 I told her I wasn't interested because I already had someone coming out, but she explained the promotion of $300.00 costco card and that i could still cancel my installation and she could do better including the internet because they had partnered up with AT&T. So i listened , I again told her I did refuse to pay more than 100.00 for both and wanted the 19.99 plan. She than put me in a Choice package at 70.99, (I questioned her again) she said no just watch, So she said it would be $61.63 for 1-12 months than 13-24 $102.63 . I asked if I was to want to change to less expensive package would it be a problem she said no you can change it anytime. I told her maybe i would keep it till March with HBO. She Waived Equipment fee/ 400.00 and Shipping 122.00.I didnt care to have but it was free 3 months HBO Free and was told NFL Sunday ticket was free also till 1/2017 which I did not care to have also. I DID THINK THIS WAS INCLUDING BOTH INT/TV. I was told i would get (2 BILLS AGAIN) 1st month than I would get 1 BILL FOR BOTH. So March I called and canceled the HBO (that was free) I did question about the FEES i was getting charged for the NFL Sunday Ticket. 3.63,4.93, I was not told about I AGAIN THOUGHT IT WAS FREE, IS WHY I GOT IT TILL 1/2017..HIDDEN FEE'S. (THEY DID CREDIT ME BACK) however told me to keep it for free for ? 2 years?. I did AGAIN question why i was getting 2BILLS & NOT 1 BILL....She said she would fix it. (Mind you I had called Feb. March and was told the person before did not do it right and they would make sure this time it was done correctly so i would get 1 BILL---) I did have the Direct bill ONLY coming out AUTOMATICALLY on the 26th of each month 62.62 i got a bill for 43.13 from AT&T which I asked why ???? BECAUSE I WAS GETTING 2 BILLS AGAIN! they said they would give me a credit and did . Told me just to AT&T pay33.13 I did . I thought it was pro ration fees....So March I downsized to the Entertainment package 20.99. My new bill is 47.07 GREAT! With interned 25.00. I was told that because i was getting 2 bills I would need to get 1BILL AGAIN...I EXPLAINED from 12/09/15 2nd month I was to get 1 bill and never have. She said she would fix it. THAN IN MAY I get a AT&T bill for 127.97 and my Direct TV 57.07 Bill did not come out AUTOMATICALLY ( I AM LIVID NOW------ I called and again they gave me credits= i dont want credits i want to pay for what i use as i was promised . However I was talked into paying 94.97 at&t and they said i would see a credit on my next bill.I did but I still had to pay 32.28 how is that a credit I WAS OVERCHARGED AND LIED TO. I was told that my Direct TV was 57.07 because AT&T was billing me into 1 bill and they took off the bill pay. I asked why would you do that? I noticed it did not come out of my Bank at that time. They made it sound like it was the way it worked and gave me another credit . IS THIS LEAGEAL? I have SPENT
MORE THAN DAYS AND HOURS AND CALLED more than you know...Gave the run around...Told I called Mondega bay Jamaica, and would be called back by a supervisor around 7:30 by( Roxanne X RX195y 10/10/16 at 12:30pm) and was not and have not been. I never know what my bill is going to be Today I got another bill by Direct Tv separate again from AT&T Requesting me to pay by 10/31/16 73.14 because I am paying my 47.07 as I was told in the past. HOWEVER THEY SAY 98.09 IS MY TV BILL I AM GUESSING CAUSE I DO NOT SEE AT&T OR INTERNET ANY WHERE ON THIS BILL. AND IT IS OCTOBER ---I AM GOING TO ONLY PAY 47.07 TV AND THE 32.28 INTERENT. MOVING FOWARD. I DO REQUEST THIS TO BE CORRECTED OR I DO WISH TO CANCEL MY SERVICES DO TO SERVICE PROMISED NOT PROVIDED AND FOR THE WAIST OF MY TIME DEALING WITH THIS FOR THE PAST 10 MONTHS. THIS IS A NIGHT MARE AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS CRY DO TO THE UPSETTING LIES I HAVE BEEN TOLD --- please see attached. I also have bill i can send I have to go now but will submit more info to follow.
