This is my 3rd attempt to submit this. What is the deal? I keep typing in the numbers and the security code exactly as it appears.

Please see above I just typed out. Basically, inadequate service and follow-up.

I went to their salon after getting a bad haircut at another unrelated place. I asked, can you check thru this cut, it doesn't quite look right. (Long hair, flat-ironed straight, all one length). The Smart Style hair stylist assured me that it wasn't a precise cut but she could easily fix it. She got done and I said, one side is still longer. She disagreed, I gave up. So on Saturday, I visited another Smart Style salon for a more objective opinion and they said, yep, it's an inch longer on your right side. But they refused to flat-iron my hair to be able to see it well without charging me $14.95. I would have to trust that they could cut it very wavy, though no stylist has ever been able to do that with accuracy. They flat-iron it first and then they can really see the perimeter of my ends. Yes, I contacted the first salon and they were a lot more forthcoming. Surprised me. But that doesn't absolve Smart Style at all. I paid and left with a cut that still wasn't right and they want more money. Very hard-nosed attitude and I'm not likely to ever go back there for any services.
