I went in a month or so ago to get a hair cut and perm. The stylist kept added things and when I checked out it was $80!! I told her to leave my hair a little long for a pony tail, I can't get it in a pony tail, too short. The first perm didn't take in places so I called and she said come back so I did. She put another perm on and now my hair is straight, bushy, feels like straw and BURNT!!!
I want to be compensated so I can do something with this hair. It looks horrible! I don't even want to go outside!
I will never use Smart styles again and I will tell people what they did to me.!!
