Data connectivity and lost 9GB

Last Oct 4, 2018 tumawag aq sa *888 regarding sa slow to almost no data connectivity at after 2 mons wala p din aqng nrereceived n feed back kung di puro billing statement text and call ang narereceived q. Kapag ng fofollow up aq plageng for escalation lang at pinagpapasahan aq ng mga department at npuputol and tawag at ang sabi mi tatawag dw with in 24 hours pero wala n man at ang sabi q if di nila kayang ayusin kc 2 mons ng walang ngyayari bigyan n lang nila aq ng approval or resolution for disconnection ng plan q with paying the termination fee kc fault nmn nila un ayaw nila aq bigyan at un din sabi ng smart store nila n ang costumer care daw po nid mgbigay ng approval pero pg tumtwag nmn aq sa costumer care ang smart store dw dpt po mg bigay ng approval for disconnection. until now wla p din ngyayare at last nov1 I check my data 9.78 GB p ang laman then suddenly last Nov 2 when I check its 0 GB how come...when I call the costumer service ang sbi nkaopen daw ang data since nov 2 morning until evening kya daw na ubos while the fact n walang data or internet n pumpsok sa phone. I ask them the break down kung bkit ngkganun di man nila maibigay sa akin ang needs further investigations. then I follow up yesterday night nov.26 at paulit ulit lang wala pa rin update at pnay escalate nd reports lang for the both of my concerns ang ng promise sila n ttwag pero wla p rin tumtawag even text for the update.Bakit di po ninyo maibigay ang resolution for disconnection n 2 mons ng wala kaung gngawa and san po n punta ang 9 GB n data. Please resolve this already SMART paki aus n po nito un lang ang need q resolution/ approval for disconnection para mpdisconnect n ito ni smart store nyo dito sa amin...BE RESPONSIBLE PO SMART.

termination

SMART is ABUSIVE company, I called the smart hotline that I was reassured that I can preterminate my service but upon paying and submitting the necessary requirements,, the SMART store at Robinson"s place refused to accept it. I was told before hand I can terminate the service anytime but it was not the case.

Walang signal ang Smart Sim

Ayaw i-process ang activation ng Sim prepaid card ng anak ko dahil kailangan daw ng resibo sa pinagbilhan sa 7-11 according sa Smart shop SM SAN LAZARO branch according sa empleyado nilang sina Regine Miranda at Grace Reyes.

ive been to ur store in Boracay and it is so hot the aircon is broken and some customers don't want to enter the store because of the temperature inside. i wonder how ur employees handled it. i pity them

WHY SMART?!

Last Nov. 14, 2016, kumuha ako ng iphone plan sa smart (giga plan 999; unli txt all net, 50min call to all net, 5GB data) din nag cash out ako ng 30700 for iphone 7+. Ngayon nagulat ako kasi nagtxt si smart na yung remaining balance ko ngayong Nov.19, 2016 ay 10mins call at 3.34MB na lang. Pero yung nagagamit ko pa lang 1min call (15min makikita sa photo kasi tumawag ako sa hotline ng smart *888) at 1.2 GB data pa lang. Ang sabi sakin ng nakausap ko sa customer service wala daw syang way para malaman kung bakit nagkaganun, antayin ko na lang yung billing statment na darating pero ang makikita ko lang din daw dun e yung top up ng plan ko. BAKIT NAGKAGANUN SMART?!

SMART OVERCHARGING POSTPAID

Smart is overcharging US. My partner and I usually get billed from our SMART POSTPAID Plan 250 around 300 -350 pesos. but just this month of August. Our bill suddenly went up to to 1300 pesos for my bill and 1200 for his. So then, when we looked to our bills, there is a new section added that says data charges! We were shocked coz there was no changes in our usage of data from the time we subscribed to the plan. And the most horrible thing we discovered was my partners bill and mine has the same charges on the same date, on the same time????? WEIRD! how can we possible have the same bill???? we are not even using the phone in the same way! clearly this is a scam of SMART!!! When I tried to complain to customer service, they called back the next day and said, SORRY maam, the charges are valid according to our system?? I paused and asked, that's odd coz I got the same bill, dates and time of charges with my partner, it looks like a copy and pasted DATA charges. As I was trying to explain more to the customer service , she keeps on saying the same words that its valid Bill charges! Customer service is very RUDE and poor. Also, when I really get frustrated, that's when she told me to forward it for further investigation. USELESS RUDE CUstomer service too.
