Walang signal ang Smart Sim
Ayaw i-process ang complaint namin sa Smart Sim prepaid card dahil walang signal ito. Kailangan pa daw ipakita ang resibo ng pinagbilhan sa 7-11 bago gawan ng paraan sa Smart SM San Lazaro ayon sa empleyado nilang sina Regine Miranda at Grace Reyes pero ng tumawag ako sa hotline ng Smart na 8881111 at nakausap ko si Paul MariƱo puede naman daw ipaayos ang sim card kahit na walang resibo. Bakit iba iba ng payo tauhan ng Smart?
