I went to the local Smartstyle to get my haircut. When I arrived, I went to check in and was ignored. No greeting, no how can I help you. Stood there waiting for 5 minutes looking around for someone to check me in. So I sat down to wait. I watched the 2 stylists glanced at me occasionally. People who came in after I did were helped first. After 1 1/2 hours, I left. Won't be going back ever.
