False Advertising

Ordered a sample for a E-cigarette and charger for a charge of $4.95 shipping and handling on my credit card.
I received(3) small packages in mail and thought that i was on someones mailing list
and realized I was being charged on my credit card.
I was charged $69.26 on my credit card three for the months August, September and October 2011.
I contacted my bank and had to close my account, so that I would not be charged again.
This has caused an major inconvenience for me with regular authorized charges to my
account.
