defective Stanwell pipe

bought new Stanwell pipe for $150+ and after using six time stem fell out/never did fit properly since; smaller stem also defective; co. decided to "fix" item which isn't working out. This co. sells defective products/is unwilling to really satisfy its customers w. proper exchange/refund.
