MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS ( 12190810007 ), MY NAME IS, TAHIR MAHMOOD, FLAT#01, 2ND FLOOR, RM CENTER, MOON MARKET, ALLAMA IQBAL TOWN, LAHORE.
I AM PAYING MY SUI GAS BILLS REGULARLY, AND WANT TO PAY MY SUI GAS BILL IN TIME, BUT I AM NOT RECEIVING SUI GAS BILLS FROM SNGPL FROM LAST TWO MONTHS. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PROBLEM IN YOUR OFFICE, I AM NOT RECEIVING BILLS, FROM LAST TWO MONTHS.

SNGPL donot offer easyway to find out cosumer's bill online.Kindly give an easy approach to see bills because vendor did not provide me billing month feb 2010.After 2hours struggle i could not find my bill.

wrong readings and wrong address on bill

My name is saqib ansari. My new gas meter consumer number is 05398700004. After gas meter installation, I could not get gas bill for 5 months. I personally went to get bill from Islamabad office(which was looking like fish market with no proper Qs are respectable waiting area or automatic turn slip system). The bill was given to me Rs 4210/ with late payment surcharge of Rs 288/(for no fault of mine). I deposited all amount. This month I again did not receive bill. I got online duplicate bill. Surprisingly no previous and current reading mentioned but consumption of gas shown 1.115HM3/4.195 BTU(from where they got?) with a bill of Rs 520. Ok fine, I will pay the bill but who would ensure that the missing readings for which I am paying wil lnot be added in next bill with higher rate slab as I was penalised in Last bill?????. More over my address on the bill is Bahria Town Chaklala( Is there any Bhria Town in Chaklala, when sngpl themselves given the connection/meter 8months back!!!) Can any official of sngpl would bother to minimize the sufferings of consumers.

wrong readings and wrong address on bill

Hi I am Muhammad Afzal Anjim S/o Habib Ali From Hasilpur old Dist Bahawalpur. We have a new connection of domestic Sui gas in 14 August 2011. Account No 51111892975 and meter number is GN26837419.Fault are Below.
1- Meter Number is printed on Bill is GN26837416.This is wrong plz correct this first.
2- Present reading is 1102 and bill is submitted just 61 Units. On bill present reading 137 and previous is 76. Plz check and correct this. My cell number is 03007849689.

Non Receipt of consumer Bill of sngpl

Correction of meter number and reading

Sir,
We want to bring in your kind attention that we suffering from the day of installation due to your department. First of all, the meter numbers installed in our premises are different from the ones that appear on the monthly bills. The installed meter numbers are as under

Khalid Hussain Consumer No. is 52500628830 and Meter No. is 26289041
Tariq Hussain Consumer No. is 94388338165 and Meter No. is A3920633

But your department giving bill is as under mention meter numbers

Khalid Hussain Consumer No. is 52500628830 and Meter No. is GL26281904
Tariq Hussain Consumer No. is 94388338165 and Meter No. is GL262889041

We have been visiting your office every month to file our complaint to the Head of Department (I think his name is Mr. Anjum) but to no effect.

It is our humble request to you to provide your kind assistance on the matter to rectify this error, so that we can pay the bills based on the meters installed and are not issued disconnection orders.

load shedding of gas

My Consumer # is 16663977284 installed in H.No.02, Street 04A, Mangu Town near Naveed General Store, Bara Kahu, Islamabad. I have a complaint of low pressure of gas in my house and near by area, especially during cooking time and this problem occurs since last month. I request you to check the line and overcome the problem. I made complaint since Friday, 11-13, Nov.2011 but no team approached the site to solve the problem. No schedule of load shedding starts from Ministry of Petroleum. I am also an employ of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Islamabad. My contact No. is 0321-8585368

Delay in installation of SNGPL Connection.

I undersigned applied for a residential connection to SNGPL in last year. Then i got Demand Note in Feb-2009 and i paid that on 17-02-2009. The people paied their demand note in March and April got their connection but still i am waiting for that. On the other hand a big ditch dogged in front of my house and it is dangerous for me and my family. Even i picked out my daughter from this digger site twice as she is just two years old.

I requested the same to GM SNGPL Faisalabad and the so called owner of SNGPL Mr Shoukat bajwa. But every time i feel dis-hearted that only those people were awarded connection who paid bribery / extra money. Should i pay or may i wait till my turn in the next two three years. But if i advised to pay Mr. Shoukat Bajwa then why SNGPL demanded money in terms of Demand note? Please do reply and either closed that digged place or install my meter to avail the facility at my residence. The same was asked to MD SNGPL Lahore and chairman OGRA. And it was promised in a written letter that they would install the connection in June-2009. But still no response.

Wrong and unbelievable billing

I am Muhammad Abdullah Khalid, from Islamabad. I just wanted to tell you something very strange and unfair that had happened.

The meter in the name of my father, gone a month back or so. It got stuck, we got that changed, now the new meter, gave once or twice the correct bill, today, it gave a bill worth 11, 000 rs, and you know what that means, we are not a CNG station for God’s sake. It a normal single story house, and we keep track of everything that might not contribute towards the wastage of GAS, now is this crazy or what.

And what persons do they have sit in the emergency (+92-119) section, they don’t even know how to talk. “listen meters running thats all, you must have consumed gas”.. I wanted to say, you idiot, had this happened in your house, you would have known.

Now my request is, that you please take strict notice of this, and kindly change the meter, and put the mter of some trustable company, not some third grade meters. There are a lot of complaints I have heard about these meters, and never heard of it, when the older meters were installed.

Kindly, do something about it immediately. We are also trying on the official paper complaints or so... in the mean time, if you can do something, that'll help.
