We duly submitted our RoE online with Department of Labour BEFORE deadline date and due to the fact that our staff numbers showed ( correctly) a more than 30% variance from previous year, the system automatically generates an audit. We have been trying in vain for the last 2 months to get this resolved both on line and in person at Compensation House Pretoria and every time we attend, different forms and requirements are presented. The Letter of Good Standing is CRITICAL to our business and we are now at a standstill.

The level of service from the staff at DoL is beyond pathetic and there is absolutely no assistance to employers who endeavour ro remain compliant.
