Without Prejudice:

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is a last resort to make a complaint about the UIF Ters that was not paid out for one employee working at Somerset Fitment Centre.
Ms CM Schooling (680226 0241 08 1) has still not received any of the UIF claimed for her.
The payment is still pending, after numerous email correspondence, telephone calls and physically visiting the UIF offices.

At the start, there was subsequently an issue with her Identity number. After submitting all her documentation which included, ID document in Maidens Name and in Married Name, Drivers License, Previous Tax reference letters of old ID number, Marriage Certificate etc. Yet still there has been no joy in finalising a payment for her during these horrific trying times of the Covid pandemic.

UIF emailed the company again and asked for the owners documentation, which again was subsequently emailed to the UIF, but again no luck.

Every single day we have been phoning UIF, and every single day it is exactly the same story. They refer it to their Team Leader. Then Nothing.

When will this be cleared?

Who can actually assist us in finalising the three months benefit for this woman.

We hope that this portal can actually assist us in finalising this as a matter of urgency for her and her dependants.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is the umpteenth time that we are trying to sort this issue out.
One of our employees (Ms CM Schooling - 6802260241081) has not received her UIF Ters payout for the last three months.

All the rest of the employees was paid out.
First there was a query that her ID number was incorrect.
After submitting all documentation, copies of ID's/Drivers Licence and marriage certificate, there still has been little progress.
We keep on calling and the call agents keep on telling that they escalate the matter to their managers.

But still not payment is done and it says payment is not yet processed.

We received an email again a week ago and again they asked for the employers details.

Once again all the documents was send to uif.

Still no response.

The online portal does not even show the company (Somerset Fitment Centre) details on record as being a company paid out.

What is going on, and whom would assist to get this sorted as soon as possible please.
