living with mold and its getting my family sick

helloI live in justice Soto mayor houses. I have been writing many times. I just need some kind of help. nycha don’t care about their tenants and the only way they will get things done is when the news get involved. I moved into my apartment on 1-28-2012 ever since I moved in here it has been a nightmare. I have made reports to 311, the department of health , housing court and nycha still wont fix the problems . I suffer from bad sinus problems. I am allergic to mold.i have asthma. I have been diagnosed with all year around allergies due to the fact that i am living in conditions that I think this all came from. now every other night I have a flood and I mean puddles of water coming from my hallway walls and bathroom vent late at night. when I wake up I have to put boots on then mop up all this water from the floor while get my kids ready for school. my back cant take it anymore I done fell once before from this water. every time i am mopping up this water my nose itches, chest gets tight and I sneeze crazy.eyes starts to itch then I get a headache. my children also are complaining about headaches as well. I call the management and all they tell me is to call to put in a ticket. I think I have over 100 tickets all ready for this. one day I asked them can they send someone to get this water up being that the day b4 I started feeling tingling in my legs and feet from stepping in this water. they said no! 1 day my housing assistant Mr. Rosado came to my apartment and mopped it up for me because they would not send anyone to mop up the water. I have woken up to my 4 year old son who has special problems laying and playing in this water. I don’t know what's in this water. all I know its coming from the bottom of the walls where it is rusty and molded and they keep telling me that its coming down because several tenants above don’t have a shower panel. 7 months and you mean to tell me they don’t got no shower panel? so my children and I have to suffer. I had a rug down my hallway that got damage because of this I had to throw it out and I don’t have the receipt so I cant even get it replaced! I am in court right now because i m holding the rent because of this and still nothing. I have asked to speak to the head manager and was told if my rent isn't paid he will not speak to me!! I have spoken to the assistant manager and he tells me that he will talk to the super. they act like i am am bothering them when I call. I have copy's of all my phone records of how many time I have called all these offices. I even called the property management office and they never returns my call. this doesn't make any sense. why do I have to live like this. my doctor gave me a letter to give to them asking them to remove me from this apartment and the assistant manager looked at it and asked me where is this doctor at? I don’t know what else to do. I cant live like this any longer! I feel like I am going to die from living in all these coditions.
