My daughter is an employee at sonic Jackson MS Clinton Blvd location and is being harassed and retaliated against due to the fact that she and I complained about mistreatment. Management clearly is not following company policy and procedures. She was scheduled to work on 9/21/17 upon getting to site she was told she would not be needed that day. Clearly against procedure. On 9/22/17 she was placed on carhop duty after only being trained for 3 days. On this same day my daughter was also made to pay for a portion of food that a customer decided they did not want. She was told she had to pay for it or her pack would be short. She was also pressure to pay for a credit card sale because no one explained to her to keep a copy of the credit card receipt. As her mom and her being a minor I refuse to allow her to be taken advantage of. Even if I have to file a complaint with the child labor board as well as the attorney generals office. Also how is it that 3 close family members work at this location which are a General Manager- Nicole who is the mother of two other employees.
