Scheduling

The Sonic I work at won't tell you when your off time is. When we get our schedules it only has the times for us to be there. We don't know how long we will be working until the manager approaches you each day and let's us go. How are we suppose to plan our personal lives like a child's doctor appointments if we don't know when the end of our workday will be? How are we to calculate our upcoming checks if we have no idea how many hours we are going to work? Very manipulative and unprofessional!
