NO results!!

Had surgery on my abdomen and was under the impression that my stomach would be flat and tightened. (the nurse even gave me a card, congratulating me on my procedure and soon to be new flat stomach)

Furthest thing from the truth, even 6 months later I still look the same, I have had NO RESULTS... My stomach has no results and I'm looking to sue to remove the debt I've occurred from Sono Bello.

I believe their procedures are scamming people out of their money and increasing debt!!!

unsuccessful lipo procedure

I have been dealing with this company because they failed with any kind of customer service the minute I walked in there office in Edina MN. My credit card was increased by the "MONEY TAKER" Casi without me knowing so she could make the sale. I was told if I didn't schedule that day in her office the price would go up if I wait. She lied about the pricing for my procedure and made promise that my area's would be flat after surgery. Surgery was like being tortured! But they don't care, they want to get you in and out and on to the next victim. This whole experience has been nothing but draining, and depressing because I didn't end up with results I was told to expect. You don't go back to work in two day's,more like to weeks!!! What they fail to tell you is that the clients on the commercials have most likely had more than one procedure done. You don't get the results you are lead to believe by the office sales person in just one procedure. What strikes me funny is that, shouldn't the doctor doing the procedure be the first point of contact when discussing which areas and which procedure would give client best results? And then once you understand what is going to be done and what to expect, then you should meet the sales person and discuss the cost of the procedure. It just seems so backwards to me.
