I had three procedures at Sono Bello on my midriff, thighs and knees. The last procedure on my knees left me with deformed knees and I am uncomfortable wearing pants since they get stuck on my knees. I have loose skin and they saw it and were aware of it from the start. However, my knees were left lumpy and uneven. I tried to get that corrected, but they refused and dismissed me quite rudely. I would love to know what I can do to correct this situation.

I had surgery about a year ago, July 1st 2016, on my belly, went to majority of the post care appointments, missed one in January due to being ill, no one called to find out why didnt i show for my appointment or if i wanted to reschedule.

Initially, i visited their manhattan office to get information about the process a girl named Semi "consulted" and told me the day of the procedure i will see my doctor. She was very convincing and seemed genuine/supportive about the procedure that i was nervous about. I asked her will my stomach be flat after the swelling goes down she said yes. The nurses and doctor said the same thing the day of my surgery. The doctor also stated i will see the results once the swelling stops, around the time the post check ins stop.
My belly is still big and i dont see where they provided accurate work here. Not only did i waste my money, i was in pain for days with nothing to show.
The day of the surgery was the first and last time i saw my doctor/surgeon. All questions after yhe surgery was with the nurses who consistently took pictures of me and who were consistently trying to force my eyes to see changes to my body that was not there.

Im so glad i did not.pay for all the other added features and massages. I massaged the swelling and lumps in my belly with a massager, which took out the lumps easily. Just a waste of money.

I want my 12000 dallors back please absolutely nothing was done and nothing can be done at this point I just want my money back

So after a yr of unsuccessful lipo sono bello decided for me to meet with there new doctor since the one I had got fired the doctor stated she can't do my lipo over cause of scar tissue is to rough to suction and I weighed more then I do before the surgery she stated I have to exersice cause I have fat around my organs and I have thick skin , I called it bullshit she didn't want to do it over cause their only allowed to take out 500litters which is 3 pounds that's not enough to make your stomach flat and she knows this , she says it's a body coutour facility not a fat removal place so why the hell would sono tell me my stomach will be flat in the first place after spending 12000 I'm very disappointed and I want my money back , sono is a deceiving practice if u can't give a customer what they want don't promise them anything from the beginning I wish I never went here other doctors remove 1600ccs of abdominal fat I just want my money back
