I went there expecting quality care and service they gave me the run around the whole time they would not return my calls falsely give me information on procedures they're not able to do when ask medical questions they tell you they are call you back and never do when I ask for refund they gave me the run-around for weeks saying they will send never did when I ask for there corporate information where the check is sending out of the indicate they're not able to give me the information. I talked to several people including supervisor all give the runaround hang up on you when trying ask questions pertaining to what your call were. At this point I cannot trust sonobello in Addison Texas the staff will make you not trust doctors nurses.
