Last Friday I was booked by Kiely Harrington in Bellevue Wa at one of the Sonobello’s locations for Friday the 23rd to meet with the Dr for an appointment and she also booked the lips surgery on the next day. It was a little strange for me that she booked both on the same time considering the fact I had not seen the Dr yet. Maybe I was or not a good candidate for that lipo, but anyway I thought she knew what she was doing and perhaps if the Drs appointment wasn’t going well they will just cancel if I requested. I was asked to put $1000 payment and I figured they withdraw my money before even meeting the Dr. I went to the Dr after the change and I was told about the risks and it actually sounded to me more invasive than I thought. Going home after the Drs visit I teased the information given and started searching for reviews online only to find out they have almost 600 bad reviews on Better Business Burreau , live alone Google, Yelp, Reddit and other online websites. One patient even died at that location on the hands of the Dr I suppose to see and have the surgery with. On the same day I had the appointment hours later I managed to cancel. I have received a voicemail later from an employee there named Theresa whom represents herself as a business manager that we need to chat. I called back and no one was available so the next day I am receiving a call back from Kiely Harrington stating that the doctor is waiting for me despite the fact I told them to cancel a day before and my $1000 is not going to be refunded . I tried to explain why I decided not to go ahead to continue with the procedure because I’m concerned about huge side effects can cause and her words were “An entire team is waiting for you. If you decide not to show up you will not receive any of your down payment back.” I stated that I will take legal actions against them and she stated rudely “okay if you have the time to sue us for a couple of thousand, we will see you in court. “I was shocked, I was never treated like this on a Drs office, nor charged before any appointment. Note that I wasn’t aware of all of the surgery side effects until I spoke with the Dr and I started researching (that’s how I learned that one of their patients died before her wedding after the procedure done at that clinic for lidocaine toxicity; they had to pay 1,8 million to the family for medical negligence and the doctor was suspended 30 days only and he paid a fine of $5000 only).
