Walgreens rx
Rude, completely useless pharmacy tech. This is the second time that I have dealt with this obnoxious woman where she has given me nothing but attitude and grief when I'm simply trying to fill a prescription. The husband needs an antibiotic and pain meds for a root canal he had today. She started telling me that he wasn't covered by their insurance when I told her that it was a good RX coupon. She said that prescription is $187. I said GoodRx states that it's $5 cash, no coupon needed. Needless to say, before I blew a gasket, I politely requested the prescription back wish her a good day and left. But I don't intend to go quietly. She is actually the reason why I switched my Pharmacy to CVS but the insurance the old man has is supposed to be covered by Walgreens. So annoying.

LIPO SUCTION
i HAD LIPO SUCTION PROCEDURE DONE JUNE 2017. AT MY FIRST POST CHECKUP I EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE RESULTS. I WAS TOLD IT MAY TAKE 3 MONTH TO SEE RESULTS, AT MY 3 MONTH CHECK UP I STILL DID NOT SEE CHANGE. I WAS THEN TOLD IT TAKES UP TO 6 MONTHS TO SEE RESULTS, SO I WAITED UNTIL MY 6 MONTH CHECK WITH LITTLE TO NO CHANGE. AS A MATTER A FACT MY STOMACH IS WORSE THAN IT WAS PRE-SURGERY. MY ABDOMEN IS NOW LARGER ON ONE SIDE THAN THE OTHER. SO I REUQESTED TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR WHICH AFTER A BOARD REVIEW WAS GRANTED. THE DOCTOR WHO DID THE PROCEDURE IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY SO I SAW DR, MENTERIA. HE EXAMNINED ME AGREED I DID NOT GET THE DEDIRED RESULTS AND OFFERED TO DO OVER AT NO CHARGE, HOWEVER I DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN FOR ANOTHER SIX MONTHS. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND ON THE MONEY SPENT FOR THIS FAILED PROCEDURE.
SONOBELLOS ADVERTISMENT IS FALSE, YOU DO NOT AND WILL NOT SEE RESULTS IN A DAY, AND IN MY CASE YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT.

Please understand that having an operating room in an accredited surgical facility along with having a surgeon and support medical staff on standby is an extremely expensive venture for any medical practice. Sono Bello does in fact, after numerous consents, financial agreements, receipts and other documents have been signed acknowledging the patient's and Sono Bello's obligations to each other, does collect a fee to hold the surgical date. This practice is more common for all surgical facilities than not.
As well, before our patients undergo a laser liposuction procedure all our patients must meet with their surgeon to insure their candidacy for this procedure which includes a thorough review of the patients medical history and a physical to insure that treatment is appropriate for the patient.
