After opening the parcel it is found that the product is not original Sony make and it is completely damaged and not working.

I had booked one Sony Power Bank 25000 mah vide order no- B0011397058101, date-05.09.2017 the parcel received on 15.05.2017 and after opening the product it is found that it is not working it is completely fake product kindly refund the same or supply as per Sony original as shown online.
