I have purchased soundlogic earphone from flipkart, which has a warranty of 1year. Recently no sound is coming from m one bud , i want you to help me

Replacement of headphones

I was asked to ship my headphones for replacement and was assured to received my headphones within a week. Its been more than 3 weeks and I havent received my headphones. The customer care is not responding neither through call not through mail.
