Ive worked for ten years for SA Post Office but the Area Manager of SA Post Office Wits Region Mr Morgan Maphutha doesnt want to give me my UI19 and Salary Schedule,Labour Inspectorate have been send to him but he still refuses.What must i do,must i wait for him to die to get my documents,what if i die first?

I have been struggling to get my UIF Benefits for the past five years.My former employer refuse to give me UI19 & Salary Schedule,the case has been referred to Inspection and Enforcements Services and they promised to call me,a year has passed,im still waiting for their call.Why do we have Labour Department?Where should we complain?These are my benefits,i worked for ten years and i suffer to get what is mine!
