Charging extra security deposit of $100 and been a long term customer and always pay the bills yet I can pay on that due date but because there system takes over 24hrs they post me as delinquent payments and this is 2nd time they do this..

They do this to many people and because they think they can do this to make extra money is a joke.. And it's wrong what they are doing to people including me on a $500 job income per month is what I make and they think it's OK? No it's not OK and it's wrongful.
