We have been hired and working as temps for a year some over a year....we are not entitled to sick leave or any other leave. We get paid at a daily rate. According to our South African law if an employee has worked for over four months at a particular company/ organization they are no longer temps but they need to be hired permanently. We never signed any contracts when we arrived here if tomorrow morning they can say our services are no longer needed there is nothing we can do and there is no where we can run to Beacuse we have nothing written down about our employment.
Please help us to be hired permanently
