3 months ago gas service was in room mates name she moved out was to put it in my name sw gas said i had outstanding bill from 12yrs ago. ok fine ill pay it no problem. so now sw gas says my youngest daughter also has outstanding bill 3 or 4yrs ago its $200 dollars and i got to pay it also before they will restore service. i have complained to anyone who will listen. i have explained over and over and over to every freaking one who works at sw gas she hasn't lived with me for10yrs sw gas says she lives at this address never has. she does receive some mail here but big deal. i have sent copies of my lease 4xs i have sent lease alternative where landlord gets a notarized copy , sent 2xs, i have paid my outstanding bill also paid my reconnect fee jumped thru 30 hoops for sw gas and they still insist i pay daughters outstanding bill. if u are a ceo for sw gas in tucson az or anyone with authority can u please help. i am an older woman with a disability and am also raising 2 of my grandchildren , 2 boys 6yrs old and 3yrs old we have had no gas for 3 months.and my bill has never been late never got any exstensions,..
